I work at a gym and I am tryin to convince business to purchase health club memberships for their staff. For example: a doctors office.
Are there any books or websites that I can read up on to learn how to sell to corporate businesses?

Gym memberships are tax deductible for businesses. Business owners LOVE tax deductions. Advise them that by providing their employees health membership they could reduce the amount of time employees are absent, increase productivity and decrease insurance premiums.
Put together a presentable presentation including pricing and services. In the presentation put in published articles about healthy employees. Google Keywords: increasing employee productivity or healthier employees. Google would be a great example of a company that provides this type of perk for their employees.
If this doesn’t work try seeing if the business would allow you to come into their office with information on your health club to hand out to employees. Make sure the human resource department gets this information.
Offer to set up company wide health challenges where you will give some consultations if they put up a cash reward for the winner. During the consultations you can pitch the membership to the employees.
Most health insurance companies now include discounts for health club memberships. Ask the business owner if he/she offers their employees health benefits, if they say yes, ask them who they are with, find out if their insurance provider offers health membership discounts. Ask the manager of the club to get on the providers registration as a “premier” club and find out how an employee goes about taking advantage of the discount program. Again, then it’s just a matter of making the employees aware that they have the discount available to them, how it works and signing them up.
