If the government spends $3 trillion and the population is 300 million, then the actual ratio is $10,000 per every man woman and baby in the nation per year.
The Obama administration is doing it by borrrowing 80% of all the money they are throwing away and your grandchildren will be living like slaves to pay it off.

The American government does not “make” any money, it takes it from it’s citizens.
State, local & Federal governments take in about $5,000,000,000,000 (trillion), $1.4 trillion is from federal income tax. The top 1% of tax payers pay 40% of that, so $560,000,000,000 is paid by about 1.2 million people.
