CRESCENT CITY, Fla. (AP) — A northeast Florida beekeeper is under arrest after deputies say he stole bees, honey and equipment from his competitors. Ruben Josey was arrested Thursday in Putnam County after deputies said they recovered 48 stolen beehives and other goods worth thousands of dollars. The hives were reported stolen in December and January in Putnam and surrounding counties and possibly Georgia…

STANTON, Del. (AP) — Delaware State Police said a woman who believed her boyfriend had been cheating on her followed him to a Stanton bank lobby, where she pepper-sprayed him. The man told police that he had argued with the 24-year-old woman at home and she followed him when he left. She wouldn’t let him get on a bus and he ran to the bank and held the door closed so she couldn’t get in….

MONT VERNON, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire woman faces a felony charge after she allegedly assaulted three emergency medical technicians called to her Mont Vernon home on Monday. When the EMTs arrived, they found the woman, 28, sitting on her lawn. She said she was having trouble breathing….

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Lending one’s truck to a stranger to make a beer run is stupid. Compounding that by telling police you were carjacked is stupider. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — A burglary suspect in northern Florida was charged after authorities say they found the license plate from his car at the crime scene. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reports that 49-year-old Gary Browder was already in jail Wednesday for two unrelated counts when he was charged with the burglary….

CHICAGO (AP) — A small, furry, long-tailed critter found napping on a Chicago porch is apparently more than 2,000 miles away from where it belongs. Animal control experts said an exotic kinkajou was found sleeping Thursday in the city’s Pilsen neighborhood. Nobody knew what it was until Lincoln Park Zoo experts identified it….
