The latest news is that of an 80 year old woman selling crack. This happens to be her second arrest for selling crack. “How do you explain all the drugs in your house?”, an Alabama Police officer asked Ola Mae Robinson as she was handcuffed and taken into custody. “It wasn’t mine! Til they found me I was sitting up in my chair noddin!,” the 80-year-old lady replied.

UNBELIEVABLE! What’s the old saying? You can’t teach an old dog new tricks? Well, how about you can’t sell crack strolling along with a walker. She’s obviously innocent. Nobody on crack be “upstairs noddin’ inna chair!”

Another growing problem is the elderly selling their prescription medicine to help with the finances or to purchase harder drugs. As people grow older and older, will we be continually confronted with the escapades that we see on our streets or will there be control over what appears to be a problem straying out of control?
